"What Clients Have Said"
Hey, everyone! If you want to understand what excellent support is, check out my friend’s, Isla’s, support of me for my tender issues in the last few days. It is soooo great to have her in my life. What a role model! We have studied some of the same stuff, and Isla is highly skilled and aware. Excellent support truly supports people and even saves lives. It can make such a huge difference. A large part is bearing witness to and validating someone else’s experience. There are lots of places that teach support now, and peers can trade listening time, or even use Facebook, which often works for me. Thanks for your attention and support.

Can’t recommend Isla more! Such a wonderful, talented facilitator who’s nurturing way of being will lead you to where you need to go. You’ll be left inspired + lighter in your mind and body. Go. For. It.

I think most people could do with some decluttering.
We do tend to keep accumulating stuff. I heard someone say that if you haven’t used it in the last 6 months, get rid of it. It also feel good to get rid of "stuff" you have just laying around.
Decluttering isnt just a physical thing either. Learning to declutter our thoughts and mind can make a huge difference to the way we feel as well.
If you are feeling a little stuck, you can’t think straight, your brain is going round and around and would like to declutter your mind, contact Isla Rose Loch and she will help you out.
About the video “Loving Yourself” posted on fb 3/01/2023:
You started with a positive image and invoked how wonderful it feels to feel loved. So you created the feeling that we all want. Then you talked about what stops us feeling that way, how it all comes back to self -love and the challenge of loving oneself. You described the link between self -love and self -talk and talked about identifiable things we all do and can relate to (like guilt). We got the message … you understand. And then you gave us hope! You made us feel empowered, that it doesn’t have to be that way, and that we ourselves can do something about it
